Anger Management Coaching

Your reactions are costing you.
Let's change that.

You know the moment — the light turns red, someone cuts you off, a message lands wrong — and your reaction takes over before you've chosen it. That gap between trigger and response is exactly what this work rebuilds.

For anyone whose anger costs them more than they want to pay — especially behind the wheel.

The 60-second reset.

This is one tool used to interrupt an anger spiral in real time — the same box-breathing pattern used by racing drivers and pilots to stay clear-headed under stress. Press start, and follow the circle.

If this changed anything in your body just now — imagine what's possible with the trigger identified before it happens, not after.

Anger has a lot of faces. Yours isn't a special case — and it isn't permanent.

Maybe it shows up behind the wheel — tailgating, honking, shouting at a windshield no one can hear you through, then feeling shaky twenty minutes later. Maybe it shows up at work, at home, or in a text you sent and immediately regretted.

Whatever the trigger, the pattern is usually the same: something happens faster than you can choose your response to it. This work rebuilds that gap.

"Anger doesn't hide behind a bush and jump on you. It comes from within."

And what comes from within can be un-created from within, too. If anger is something you generate, it's also something you can learn to dissolve — before it takes the wheel.

Six areas that close the gap.

01

Trigger Awareness

Identify exactly what sets you off — in your body and your thinking — before the reaction takes over.

02

Behind the Wheel

Specific tools for driving-related anger — the most common, and most consequential, trigger environment for most people.

03

The Pause

Build a real gap between the trigger and your response, so the reaction becomes a choice again.

04

De-Escalation in the Moment

Physiological tools that bring your body back down from a spike in seconds, not hours.

05

Communication Under Stress

Say what's actually bothering you, without the version that damages a relationship or a reputation.

06

Long-Term Patterns

Understand where the pattern comes from, so change holds under real pressure — not just in a calm room.

How much control do you actually have?

Rate yourself honestly from 1 (strongly disagree) to 5 (strongly agree). This takes about 5 minutes and will show you exactly where the gap between trigger and reaction needs the most work.

Working with athletes on mental performance, the most common issue isn't talent — it's what happens to a good plan the moment frustration or pressure takes over. This work grew directly out of that: the underlying skills are the same, only the stakes look different.

Alongside coaching, I spent 15 years as a General Manager and operational leader across MENA and Europe — making high-stakes decisions under real pressure, in rooms where losing your temper had real consequences.

I'm also an active polo player, which means I know exactly what it feels like when adrenaline and frustration try to take the wheel — literally, on a 1,200-pound horse at speed.

Common questions.

Is this therapy?+
No. This is practical, skills-based coaching focused on trigger awareness, de-escalation, and communication — not clinical treatment. It's not a substitute for licensed mental health care, and it does not fulfill court-mandated or legally required anger management programs. If you're navigating a legal requirement or a diagnosed condition, please work with a licensed professional or certified program alongside or instead of this.
How does a session work?+
Sessions are 60 minutes, conducted online via video call, so it doesn't matter where you are in the world. We identify your specific triggers and patterns, build practical tools for the moment itself, and work on the longer-term shifts that make the change durable. Between sessions, you put the tools into practice in real situations.
Is everything we discuss confidential?+
Completely. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. Nothing is shared with employers, family members, or anyone else, unless you explicitly ask me to. Confidentiality is the foundation of this work.
How quickly will I see results?+
Most people notice a shift in awareness — catching the trigger earlier — within the first two or three sessions. Lasting change, where the pause becomes automatic under real pressure, takes longer and depends on how often the pattern gets tested in daily life.
Do I need to have a "real" anger problem for this to help?+
No. Most people who do this work have never raised a hand to anyone — they've just noticed their reactions are sharper, faster, or more frequent than they want, and they'd rather address it now than wait for it to cost them something bigger.
Is this only for road rage?+
Driving is one of the most common and most dangerous places anger shows up, so it gets specific attention — but the same trigger-and-pause work applies at home, at work, and anywhere else your reactions move faster than you'd like.
Online or in person?+
Both are possible. Online sessions make it possible to work with people anywhere in the world, without travel or scheduling constraints. Video call tools like Zoom or Teams work perfectly for this kind of work.
